Access Storage - Chester

We were fortunate to find storage space available at Access Storage in Chester after our basement flooded in July 2023. Denise made the whole process of securing our belongings easy during this stressful time! The building was very clean and when we picked up our belongings this week after 9 months of storage everything was as we left it. Highly recommend both the location and Denise! :-)

The manager of the facility is really nice. The facility is big, secure and clean. I stored my boat at this location and didn't have to worry about it getting stolen or damaged. The manager even sent me a message when my tarp came off the boat during a storm. I highly recommend this location.

I arrived at Chester storage about 5 yrs ago. My needs were such I needed to rent an office space for business purposes. During my time there I had a personal emergency. I needed to use my office space as a storage space too. Denise, head staff was unbelievably helpful and supportive. We often need storage space during life transitions. Transitions can be stressful. Denise could not have been more supportive or accommodating. I highly recommend Access storage. Because they are more than a storage place. They are there for you when you need them: )

Received a call from a representative about outdoor parking. The woman was rude and kept interrupting while I was talking. Ended up hanging up on them as their rudeness was beyond comprehension. Will never do business at this location.

Denise was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and she made the process of renting a storage unit very easy. Would definitely recommend using this facility for your storage needs.
