Denise was so kind, helpful and professional. She made the whole process go smoothly from the initial phone call to ending the lease. The storage unit was in excellent shape, I was able to store everything with ease and no worries as the storage facility is secure and safe. I would definitely use their facilities again in the future, and I highly recommend Access Storage in Chester to anyone CNN looking to safely and securely store their belongings.

I had a fantastic experience with Access storage in Chester, NS. Darlene was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was a total newbie when it came to storage and she talked me through the whole process thoroughly. She even came out into the cold and snow when I couldn't figure out how to open the portable. I highly recommend this place!!

The manager of the facility is really nice. The facility is big, secure and clean. I stored my boat at this location and didn't have to worry about it getting stolen or damaged. The manager even sent me a message when my tarp came off the boat during a storm. I highly recommend this location.
