I had a fantastic experience with Access storage in Chester, NS. Darlene was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was a total newbie when it came to storage and she talked me through the whole process thoroughly. She even came out into the cold and snow when I couldn't figure out how to open the portable.

Friendly and responsive service. Booked an outdoor spot and although they informed us it would be tight for our large trailer it was sufficient. Would recommend this company for the service we received.

My Car was parked over there for around three months in their outdoor parking. The price is very reasonable and car was safe too. And must say Denise Graves store manager is so polite and helps me in everything to make my experience best.

I have a brain injury and moving is very challenging! Denise is so kind, she walks you through every step and the space is clearly labeled and accessible! I would commute hours to use this specific site if I ever needed storage in the future. The space is clean and well maintained as well. I wish I could give 10 stars!
